When will my order arrive?
We make every attempt to get your orders out quickly. We do have our coffee freshly roasted often, so sometimes there can be a bit of a wait at the roaster. But you will always receive freshly roasted organic coffee. We ship through USPS Priority Mail, and your order will always have delivery confirmation.
How is shipping calculated?
We use flat rate shipping boxes from the US Postal Service for all orders. The cost of shipping depends on the weight of your order and your location. The USPS changes their shipping rates frequently, and we make our best effort to keep the rates up to date on our website.
Is my personal information secure?
Yes. Orders are processed securely through an SSL server. We do not keep your credit card info. We do not sell your information to others. See the Privacy Policy for more information.
What if I am not satisfied with my order?
Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If you are not fully satisfied with our award-winning coffee, please let us know, and we will refund the purchase price.
